The short version: we never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your records exist so YOU can prove your compliance — that's the whole business.

Who we are

WaterCEU is a service provided by TAPTENNIS, LLC, which is the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

Your email and name (for your account), the license and course details you enter, and the certificate files you upload. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.

How it's used

To run the service: showing your dashboard, sending the renewal reminders you signed up for, and generating exports you request. We do not sell your data, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising — ever.

Who can see it

Only you, by default. Certificate files live in private storage scoped to your account. If you accept a team invite, your team's owner can see compliance summaries (license names, hours, deadlines) — never your certificate files. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend) process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.

Retention & deletion

Your records are kept as long as your account exists — that permanence is the point of the product. Delete your account and we remove your data within 30 days. You can export your records first.
