1. The service

WaterCEU is a record-keeping tool for continuing-education hours and related certificates, provided by TAPTENNIS, LLC("we"). You retain ownership of everything you upload; we store it so you can retrieve, track, and export it.

2. Not compliance advice

WaterCEU is a record-keeping tool, not compliance or legal advice. Requirements change; always verify current rules with your state board before relying on any total shown here.

Requirement templates are provided as a convenience and may be outdated or incorrect. You are solely responsible for meeting your board's actual requirements and deadlines. WaterCEU is not liable for lapsed licenses, failed audits, missed deadlines, or any consequences of relying on information in the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. Accounts & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled via the billing portal. One-time purchases apply to the specific item purchased. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., storage abuse, unlawful content).

4. Team plans

Team members join by accepting an invite. The team owner can see members' compliance summaries (license names, hours, deadlines) but never their uploaded certificate files. Members removed from a team keep their accounts and data.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time; we then delete your stored certificates within 30 days. We may terminate with notice for breach of these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@waterceu.com.
